Candidates
If you apply for a job at MAD or submit your application to MAD Talent, you may provide information to MAD such as your name, contact details, information about your academic and professional background and other information relevant to your application or that you have chosen to share with MAD. If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to process your application.
MAD will use this information to evaluate your application for the position you have applied for. This may involve assessing your skills and experience against the qualifications required for the position for which you have applied and tracking the feedback, comments and interactions we have with you throughout the recruitment process. We can also use your information to analyze our internal recruitment processes and determine which recruitment sources we should focus on, how to improve integration and training programs for our new employees and how to improve our interview model to improve the quality of our recruitment.
The information you provide may also be used to communicate with you about events organized by MAD and to send you publications that may be of interest to you.
